ABOUT ALS HOSPITALITY

At ALS Hospitality Services, we support individuals and businesses in developing and successfully executing their projects, both in the United States and internationally. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality and culinary operations, I founded ALS Hospitality Services in 2025 to share my expertise and help clients both individuals and entrepreneurs benefit from my knowledge and experience.

We assist our clients in defining, structuring, and optimizing their projects through tailored solutions. Our approach covers all key aspects: concept development, brand positioning, financial analysis, operational organization, and connecting with strategic partners.

Always attentive to our client's needs, we collaborate with a trusted network of partners and collaborators to ensure personalized, effective support, guaranteeing the success and sustainability of every project.

Alexandre Seince

ABOUT ALEXANDRE SEINCE

Born in Angers, France, Alexandre Seince began his culinary journey at the age of 15, completing a four-year apprenticeship in the restaurant industry. By 19, he set out to explore all facets of hospitality from hotels and fast food to fine dining and private chef experiences building a  comprehensive and unique expertise.

With over 22 years in the hospitality industry, Alexandre has worked in France, Denmark, India, and the United States. For more than 10 years, he has held executive roles as Chef and Director of Operations, managing multi-location businesses and leading high-performing teams

Experience

His career highlights include working as a Private Chef in Corsica, Vice President of Food & Beverage for Café Noir, and Executive Chef & Director of Operations for Ladurée America.

 

These experiences have given him a deep understanding of every aspect of hospitality from culinary excellence, his core expertise, to marketing, finance, and operational management

Culinary Achievment 

A recognized leader in the culinary world, Alexandre is a proud member of the Académie Culinaire de France and, more recently, the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and the US & Nepal Gastronomy Chef's Association, combining culinary mastery with strategic insight to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
